There are two ways to get your money back, depending on whether you've used the product.

Changed your mind? 30 day returns

If your product is unopened and unused, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.

Email info@diablocosmetics.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label if you're in the US. Once it arrives back with us, we'll process your refund within 24 to 48 hours.

Tried it and it didn't work? 90 Day Results Guarantee

If you've used the serum and you're not happy with your results, there's nothing to send back.

Use it nightly for 90 days. Lashes grow on a cycle that takes months. Most people notice a difference around 8 weeks, but we ask you to finish the bottle so you're judging the full result rather than a halfway point.

Email us. Contact info@diablocosmetics.com any time within 120 days of delivery and tell us it didn't work for you.

We refund you in full. No photos, no forms, nothing to return.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@diablocosmetics.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Gifts

If you received a Diablo product as a gift, email info@diablocosmetics.com with the order number and we'll take care of it.

How long do refunds take?

We aim to process every refund within 24 to 48 hours of approving it. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as it's initiated. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 3 to 5 working days.
